Well, i know it's a little late, but someone of u may know that on tuesday (right after tom got back from vacation) tom and i went to an alpaca farm! lol it was actually a bus trip with my mom and sis, and it was actually kind of fun (in a very nerdy sort of way).

Anyway, our first stop was to a flower garden where they had the prettiest lilies i have ever seen in my life! We got to see where flowers were kept cool, and pet a fluffy dog.

Our second stop was to some farms place for lunch. They even made me a special vegetarian lasagne. It was pretty good, a nice break from the hour and a half bus ride and the heat.

The third stop was the ALPACA FARM! I love fuzzy animals so this was seriously the best stop lol. We got to pet and feed many alpacas and one llama (the llama had a stuch up appearance, it was really cute though). The llama looked hilarious cause it was about twice as tall as all the alpacas (apparently, llamas and alpacas are cousins, who knew?) So yeah, we got some magnets made from alpaca flece, they're really really soft.

Next, we went to the blueberry farms. This was kind of stupid because there weren't any blueberries ready to pick (why they stopped there, i have no idea). Basically, the tour guide just had us go into the store for about a half an hour. It was actually a really neat store considering it was on a blueberry farm. So that stop ended pretty fast, but because they felt so bad about us not picking blueberries, they gave us blueberry jam with a kick (it has hot peppers in it). I haven't tried it yet, but it looks like it would taste interesting....

Our final stop was a general store. It was pretty cool because it had all this old fashioned stuff. We had ice cream and spent like an hour there, but there was tons of stuff to look at.

After that, we simply went home. We left at 7:00am and got back about 7:30pm, it was a long day. On the bus rides in between, all of us analyzed each others handwritings.....yeah we won't get into that, the outcomes were hilarious. I also got a bunch of summer reading essays done (yippeee...) and tom and i raced my mom and sis in a wordsearch competition. So yeah, the bus ride was fun too.


Yeah, this is something only a bunch of nerds like ourselves can enjoy:-p.
